How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items are made to order.  It typically takes about 2 week from the order date until the items are delivered.  Of course, if we can deliver it sooner we definitely will!

Can I make a change to my order?

Absolutely!  As long as it has not already been delivered.  Contact us ASAP with your change request.  Changing your order may delay your delivery.

Please note that custom items can not be changed or removed from your order once production has been started for that item.

How will my order be delivered?

If your order is for Gym Uniforms or Spirit Wear it will be delivered to the associated school and brought home by your child.

If you selected to have your item shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking info once it is available.

The items I ordered are the wrong size. Can I exchange them for the correct size?

If they are custom items, then, unfortunately, no. We may be able to make a new item in the correct size. Please Contact Us and we will work out the details.

If your item was a standard item like a Gym Uniform or Spirit wear, then absolutely! Please Contact Us and let us know your Order number which can be found in your order confirmation email. Also, let us know the item which was the wrong size and the size you would like to exchange it for. We will reply with instructions on how to return your item.
